Oct 2021 Monthly Update: Our Journey Partnering With The Top-notch
This month is another record-breaking month for JupCV; we have over 30% growth compared with last month, and we’ve achieved our monthly target much sooner than we've expected. We’ve also received a lot of good news from our clients getting their dream job offers and maintained our high success rate of getting dream job interviews and offers.
With more referrals and new job seekers looking for resume writing services and career consultation from JupCV, we first faced pressure coming from ourselves to maintain our high success rate and quality of after-consultation services. Thank you to our clients who’ve continuously updated us on their job search status with great news on getting interviews and offers; we regained our confidence quickly whenever we were in doubt.
We recently took on challenging cases such as career return, niche market job searching, executive summary and speech writing, family business career advisory, etc. Thanks all our clients for believing in us and trusting us to guide them in searching for their dream job and shaping their career path.
We got asked this question frequently: What kind of job seekers will use JupCV? In the past year, we got clients from different levels and in various industries, but one thing in common, most of them are top-notch professionals with high potential and well-rounded experiences. Also, they have the drive to keep on improving themselves and strike for the best. We enjoyed all the “difficult conversations”, “brainstorming sessions”, “detailed checking” with our clients and our team to achieve excellence.
When we first met our clients during FREE CV EVALUATION, many of them didn’t realize their strengths and abilities. We tried to analyze their job search situation and share market insights for them to understand their market positioning and areas of improvement. We also came across clients who already used similar services but were not so effective, it drove us to think more about how to improve our service tailored to each client, finding their pain points and providing solutions. Sometimes the consultation takes hours (not mentioning the resume writing part), but it’s always satisfying to see the results – clients regaining their confidence, getting job interviews and offers.
Also, we found that many job seekers were told that there are not many opportunities in the market from recruitment agencies. The reality is, the job market is very active, but the world has changed, and most of the companies are using internal resources to find the right talents instead.
That means - job seekers will need to work extra hard on branding themselves. A good CV is essential, as well as a good LinkedIn profile. In the past, we got many inquiries from executives and business owners in writing executive summaries, LinkedIn profiles and public speeches. More recently we’re getting more inquiries from young professionals to brush up on their presentation skills and prepare summaries for their self-introduction and public profile. JupCV is delighted to see that as relying on recruiters to help you brush up on your CV is not the trend anymore. The new trend is to gear up yourself and facilitate recruiters to understand your expertise and expectations.
Next month, our goal is to outperform our targets and be OUT THERE – We’re trying to market ourselves out to support more people on their job search! We’re also exploring partnership opportunities with academic programs, recruitment firms, large corporations to bring more valuable resources to job seekers.
